This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Blurred.gg Software Company ("Blurred.gg," "Blurred," "We," or "Us") for the use of Blurred.gg's software and services ("Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
Blurred.gg grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms of this EULA.
You may not:
- Share the Software or any related files with anyone, including other users.
- Attempt to crack, bypass, or otherwise circumvent any security measures.
- Share your login details or license key with anyone.
- Sell or attempt to sell your login details or license.
Blurred.gg reserves the right to terminate your license if you violate any terms of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.
By subscribing to our services, you authorize Blurred.gg to charge your payment method automatically each month until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the link provided in your confirmation email. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Before making a purchase, you will be clearly informed whether the service is a automatically recurring subscription or a one-time purchase.
In no event shall Blurred.gg be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Software.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland, Germany and the United States, without regard to their conflict of law principles.
