This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and returns are processed for Blurred.gg Software Company ("Blurred.gg," "Blurred," "We," or "Us").
Refunds are only provided if your physical hardware is not capable of starting and obtaining basic functionality of the software. "Basic functionality" is defined as the software's ability to successfully read memory from the target process or as the software's ability to perform it's advertised task. Once the software has successfully started and basic functionality is achieved, you are also no longer eligible for a refund. To request a refund, contact our support team with a detailed explanation of the issue.
- No refunds will be provided for any other reasons.
- Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. If you believe you deserve a refund, contact support.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the link in your confirmation email. Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for subsequent months, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle.
